I’m a retailer and I’d like to stock your product. Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes, we offer trade accounts to independent retailers, vets and garden centres who we supply direct.
At Doodlebone® has a trade price list and we discuss terms on an individual basis. One of our account managers would be very happy to talk to you about these terms and your specific questions and requirements, please call them on 01295 698072 or use link to make an enquiry via our online enquiry form.

No. Our payment area is a secure one operated by TYL.
We currently don’t offer PayPal as a payment option but via our payment gateway you can use all readily available credit cards issued by the UK banks.
How do I return something to you?
We accept that when you purchase something online it may not be quite what you expected and so are more than happy for you to return for a refund. We want you to dig your Doodlebone® purchase as much as your dog will!
All we ask is that you return it in the original packaging to Doodlebone® headquarters here in Banbury.
Unfortunately we can’t pay for your return postage but most items are small and lightweight so you’ll find the postage will be pretty reasonable.
How long does the ‘no quibble’ policy last for?
For ever! Our products are designed to last and wear well. We offer a no quibble money back guarantee if for some reason the product breaks or the stitching comes loose, but obviously this doesn’t extend to cover normal wear and tear.
How quickly can I expect my delivery?
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. So you can expect to have your product three or four days after you place your order.
Why Doodlebone®? What’s the difference between your products and anyone else’s?
All At Doodlebone® products are designed at our base in Banbury. We spend a lot of time and energy studying dogs’ anatomy, looking at all different shapes and sizes of dogs. We are constantly looking at the fabrics we choose and use, the way our products can be adjusted and ensure that the padding and soft fabrics sit in the right places to ensure your dog digs their At Doodlebone®.
So whether it’s a padded collar, an Airmesh or Boomerang harness you can rest assured At Doodlebone® products have been carefully designed, fabrics have been exhaustively tested and all our products made to our sky-high standards.
So, in short, we know At Doodlebone® products will fit well and feel comfortable and do the job you want them to.
How do I know my dog can’t escape from the harness?
Safety and security are our watch words. We know our customers want to feel confident that when they put a lead on their dog, it will securely hold them.
This comes down to designing and checking all the buckles, straps, fabrics we select and clips we source.
When we choose fabrics we ensure the stresses and strains they can withstand are well in excess of the size and weight of a dog and its pulling power.
What is the advantage of a harness over a normal collar and lead?
For as long as we know, dogs have worn collars of some sort or another so that a lead can quickly and easily be attached to control the dog. In fact, there are ancient drawings dating to Roman times on mosaics in Pompeii showing dogs in collars and leads!
As we have learnt more and more about animal welfare and the impact of collars on a dog’s neck, variations on ways to keep your dog close and under control have been developed. Dogs are inquisitive and can get very excited when they want to say hello, for example. But sometimes it isn’t safe or desirable to let a dog run up to strangers.
In situations like this, even the best behaved, calmest dogs can pull and put a lot of strain on the lead. Just think how much strain a dog’s neck takes when they are pulling and the only restraint is the collar?
A harness is designed to put all that strain on the chest of your dog, which is much more comfortable for the dog but still ensures they are safe. At Doodlebone® we have developed our range of harnesses to offer maximum comfort and adjustability. Not all harnesses fit all dogs because dogs come in lots of different shapes and sizes. Some have short necks, some thin chests and so on. So our harness range is varied to accommodate all those different and wonderful shapes.
